Our Singapore Trip

It was a dream coming true...What an amazing place to visit..now we realized why it is a tourist attraction...our journey started just 2 days before this new year..we stayed at my school friend's place..reuniting with a friend after 4-5 years...increased the joy of my trip exponentially..... Boarded the Air India flight ...found flight condition better than expected ...on the top it were bit lucky that our side seat was empty ....provided us the chance to lie down ..he he ....after hectic 5  hour journey ..we landed in Singapore...easily got the taxi and reached at my friend location ...surprise started..my friend's flat was at 7th floor and think what ?.. lift was under maintenance .. horrified with the fact that ..we might need to carry our huge luggage to 7th floor...but again tide turned its direction and we got to know that this is not the right lift ..there is another lift at different location ...what a relief it was ... surprises does not stop there ...we were reached 7th floor ..standing in the front of her home...but were still searching for her home as number plate was not visible....and guess what ...we knocked at her house asking for her address only ...ha ha ...
Had good chat with her.... In the evening we decided to visit Clarke Quay street....river surrounded with restaurant but was still difficult to find good Indian food ... so our whole evening passed in just searching food and enjoying new location....  
could not realize how evening turned into night and we decided to return home...thanks to metro setup over there(MRT)...faced no issues in travelling....
